If you are located near our DIAMOND CREEK store, why not save on postage and join us in store to pick up your order. Simply select LOCAL PICK UP at the check out and you will receive an email as soon as your order is ready to collect.

Store open hours are:
Monday to Friday 10am-4.30pm
Saturday 10am-4pm
Sunday 10am-2pm

Currently our packing time is 2-5 working days, however we will always aim to get your order out as soon a possible.

Please note that packing times can take longer during a sale period.

We use Australia Post to get your parcel to you safely. 

If you need your order in a hurry, please select Express Shipping. This does not mean that your order is processed any quicker, however, the postage time will be shorter, arriving in 1-3 days (if no delay).

As soon as we ship your goodies, you will receive an email with your tracking number to keep up to date with where your parcel is located.

In the case of a lost parcel, please contact us and we will launch an investigation with the courier if we're unable to find any further information. Please allow up to 5 working days for this to be concluded. If your parcel is deemed as lost we will issue you with a full refund or store credit. 


Our Free Shipping offer is not valid on any products that are deemed a heavy shipping item. This will be advised in the product description. If your order incurs a heavy shipping free this option will appear at checkout. Please select the heavy shipping option at checkout. Your order will not be able to be sent until the heavy shipping cost has been processed. Thank you so much for your understanding. 

Please note that if an item is listed as PRE ORDER it will not ship until after the specified arrival date. If you place additional NON PRE ORDER items in the same order as your PRE ORDERED item, the items that are in stock will be posted out with the pre-ordered item when it arrives.


If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from Pickwick & Sprout we can exchange those products subject to the following conditions:

  • Item(s) must be returned within 28 days to receive an exchange together with proof of purchase.
  • Items must be in the original condition in which they were purchased
  • We are happy to refund your item if there is a manufacturing fault and in line with consumer law.
  • Online purchases are subject the above terms and conditions, however all associated postage is at buyers cost or item can be returned in store at no extra charge.

Please note there is no refund or exchange on sale items.


Pickwick Points are collected each time you purchase, $1 is equal to 1 Pickwick Point. Once you reach 100 Pickwick Points you are entitled to a $10 voucher to use on your next purchase. This voucher is valid for 90 days from the date that the $10 voucher was issued, if no purchase is made within that 90 day period using your voucher, it will expire. Your voucher is able to be used on any item, instore or online with a minimum spend of $50.
