Shipping Information

All orders are posted via Australia Post or Sendle at a flat rate of $9.99 (excluding heavy goods) from Melbourne Australia.

We hope to get your order packed within 4 working days, however this can vary as we are a ONE MUMMA and a helper elf operation and can sometimes take a little longer. PLEASE ALLOW 5-7 WORKING DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE DISPATCHED DURING PEAK SEASON (NOV-DEC)


Place your order by DECEMBER 5th for WA, NT, Far North Queensland and REMOTE AREAS- LAST SHIPPING DATE is December 10th.

Place your order by DECEMBER 11th for Interstate Metro and Same State Regional Areas - LAST SHIPPING DATE is December 16th.

Place your order by DECEMBER 13th for all Melbourne Orders - LAST SHIPPING DATE is December 18th.

Place your order by DECEMBER 18th for all AUSTRALIA POST EXPRESS POST ORDERS. Please note we an not EXPRESS POST any items that are marked as HEAVY GOODS.

Please note we are CLOSED Monday and Tuesday and are unable to process your orders on these days. 

Delivery times will vary based on your location. For all domestic metro orders please allow one week for delivery.

If you are located in a regional area please allow up to 2 weeks. Shipping times are merely a guideline and in most cases your order will arrive sooner.

We are not responsible for delays in shipping times due to postage service delays or any other delays that stem directly from circumstances out of our control.

We are not liable for any issues with your parcel after it is in the hands of Sendle or Australia Post (unless we have incorrectly labelled your address) If you are experiencing an issue with your delivery, please contact us straight away and we will help you work with Australia Post and Sendle to resolve the issue.

Please note if an item is listed as PRE ORDER it will not ship until after the specified arrival date. If you place additional NON PRE ORDER items in the same order as your PRE ORDERED item, please note these will not be shipped until the PRE ORDER item has arrived.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from Pickwick & Sprout we can exchange those products subject to the following conditions:

  • Item(s) must be returned within 28 days to receive an exchange together with proof of purchase.
  • Items must be in the original condition in which they were purchased
  • We are happy to refund your item in there is a manufacturing fault and in line with consumer law.
  • Online purchases are subject the above terms and conditions, however all associated postage is at buyers cost or item can be returned in store at no extra charge.

Please note there is no exchange on sale items.
