Shipping Information

All orders are posted via Australia Post and from Melbourne Australia. Delivery times will vary based on your location. For all domestic metro orders please allow one week for delivery. If you are located in a regional area please allow up to 2 weeks. Shipping times are merely a guideline and in most cases your order will arrive sooner. We are not responsible for delays in shipping times due to postage service delays or any other delays that stem directly from circumstances out of our control.

We do not at this time offer express shipping. If your order is for a specific occasion and needs to be received by a certain date, contact myself at info@pickwicksprout.com before you place your order.

All Postage is calculated by the individual weight of your purchase, we will calculate this for you at checkout.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from Pickwick & Sprout we can exchange those products subject to the following conditions:

  • Item(s) must be returned within 28 days to receive an exchange together with proof of purchase.
  • Items must be in the original condition in which they were purchased
  • We are happy to refund your item in there is a manufacturing fault and in line with consumer law.
  • Online purchases are subject the above terms and conditions, however all associated postage is at buyers cost or item can be returned in store at no extra charge.

Please note there is no exchange on sale items.
