shipping & returns
Due to the current COVID-19 Outbreak, we have had to change our posting times to reflect the limited hours we are now in store to pack orders. This means that orders within Australia will be sent out twice a week and International orders will be sent out once a week.
If you place an order with us between Saturday – Tuesday, your order will be shipped on the following Friday. If you place an order with us between Wednesday – Friday, your order will be shipped on the following Monday. International orders will be shipped every Friday. This time line does not apply to pre-orders.
All domestic orders are posted via Australia Post or Sendle at a flat rate of $9.99 (excluding heavy goods) from Melbourne, Australia. Delivery times will be based on your location. Generally we advise to allow one week from the date of shipping for domestic metro orders and two weeks from the date of shipping for regional orders. If you are located overseas, please allow two-four weeks for your item to arrive.
The above shipping times are merely a guideline and in most cases your order will arrive sooner. While we will always do our best to assist with your shipping enquiries, we are not responsible for delays in shipping times due to postage service delays or any other delays that stem directly from circumstances out of control.

In the case of a lost parcel, please contact us and we will launch an investigation with the courier. Please allow up to 5 working days for this to be concluded. If your parcel is deemed as lost we will issue you with a full refund or store credit.
Please note that if an item is listed as PRE ORDER it will not ship until after the specified arrival date. If you place additional NON PRE ORDER items in the same order as your PRE ORDERED item, the items that are in stock will be posted out with the pre-ordered item when it arrives.
**LOCAL STORE PICKUP**
Although the store is not currently open for browsing, we are allowing for customers to pick up their order from the store and this will be a simple handover at the stores entrance.
COLLECTION OF ORDERS IS LIMITED TO FRIDAYS BETWEEN 10am - 4pm.
Please take this into consideration when selecting this option.
EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from Pickwick & Sprout we can exchange those products subject to the following conditions:
- Item(s) must be returned within 28 days to receive an exchange together with proof of purchase.
- Items must be in the original condition in which they were purchased
- We are happy to refund your item in there is a manufacturing fault and in line with consumer law.
- Online purchases are subject the above terms and conditions, however all associated postage is at buyers cost or item can be returned in store at no extra charge.
Please note there is no exchange on sale items.
