COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS

We are currently closed due to the Melbourne COVID -19 restrictions placed on the 8th of August 21.

However, we are available for click and collect! Place your order anytime online and select CLICK & COLLECT from our Hurstbridge, Melbourne store and you can pick up your order in the following days:

TUESDAY 10am - 2pm

WEDNESDAY 10am - 2pm

FRIDAY 10am - 2pm

SATURDAY 10am - 2pm

Just a reminder that our store is closed to the public and you will not be able to enter or browse once you arrive. Just ring our doorbell and we will collect your order! 

CURRENT SHIPPING TIMES

Currently our packing time is 2-3 working days, however we will always aim to get your order out as soon a possible.

We use two courier services Sendle and Australia Post dependant on your location. 

If you need your order in a hurry, please select Express Shipping. This does not mean that your order is processed any quicker, however, the postage time will be shorter, arriving in 1-3 days.

As soon as we ship your goodies, you will receive an email with your tracking number to keep up to date with where your parcel is located.

**LOST PARCEL**

In the case of a lost parcel, please contact us and we will launch an investigation with the courier. Please allow up to 5 working days for this to be concluded. If your parcel is deemed as lost we will issue you with a full refund or store credit. 

**PRE ORDER ITEMS**

Please note that if an item is listed as PRE ORDER it will not ship until after the specified arrival date. If you place additional NON PRE ORDER items in the same order as your PRE ORDERED item, the items that are in stock will be posted out with the pre-ordered item when it arrives.

 **LOCAL PICK UP**
If you are located near our Hurstbridge store, why not save on postage and join us in store to pick up your order. Simply select LOCAL PICK UP at the check out and you will receive an email as soon as your order is ready to collect.

    EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from Pickwick & Sprout we can exchange those products subject to the following conditions:

    • Item(s) must be returned within 28 days to receive an exchange together with proof of purchase.
    • Items must be in the original condition in which they were purchased
    • We are happy to refund your item in there is a manufacturing fault and in line with consumer law.
    • Online purchases are subject the above terms and conditions, however all associated postage is at buyers cost or item can be returned in store at no extra charge.

    Please note there is no refund or exchange on sale items.
