Free local delivery is now available due to the COVID-19 outbreak. This service means we can bring you your goodies straight to your door free of charge. This service will be carried out once a week on a Thursday. So please take this into consideration when you are ordering.

Due to the COVID-19 OUTBREAK we are only able to arrange for your orders to be sent twice a week due to my drastically reduced working hours.
Orders will be scheduled to be sent out on Mondays and Fridays, with Local Delivery Available on a Thursday.
Currently international orders will be sent once a week on a Friday.
All orders are posted via Australia Post or Sendle at a flat rate of $9.99 (excluding heavy goods) from Melbourne Australia.
Delivery times will vary based on your location. For all domestic metro orders please allow one week for delivery.
If you are located in a regional area please allow up to 2 weeks. Shipping times are merely a guideline and in most cases your order will arrive sooner.
If you are located overseas please allow 2-4 weeks for your item to arrive.Shipping times are merely a guideline and in most cases your order will arrive sooner.
We are not responsible for delays in shipping times due to postage service delays or any other delays that stem directly from circumstances out of our control.
If you are experiencing an issue with your delivery, please contact us straight away and we will help you work with Australia Post and Sendle to resolve the issue.
In the case of a lost parcel, please contact us and we will launch an investigation with the courier, Please allow up to 5 working days for this to be concluded. If your parcel is deemed as lost we will issue you with a full refund or store credit.
Please note if an item is listed as PRE ORDER it will not ship until after the specified arrival date. If you place additional NON PRE ORDER items in the same order as your PRE ORDERED item, please note these will not be shipped until the PRE ORDER item has arrived.
If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from Pickwick & Sprout we can exchange those products subject to the following conditions:
- Item(s) must be returned within 28 days to receive an exchange together with proof of purchase.
- Items must be in the original condition in which they were purchased
- We are happy to refund your item in there is a manufacturing fault and in line with consumer law.
- Online purchases are subject the above terms and conditions, however all associated postage is at buyers cost or item can be returned in store at no extra charge.
