Lets get you up to date with our Loyalty Program the Pickwick Pals! If you love Pickwick and want to benefit every time you shop, this is for you.

What are the benefits:

  • Earn Pickwick Points every time you shop! 1 Pickwick Point is earned for every $1 spent instore or online.
  • Once you accumulate 100 Pickwick Points, you will be entitled to a $10 Voucher to use instore or online, on any item/s, with a minimum spend of $50.
  • You can earn extra points when you create your account, follow us on Instagram, subscribe to our email and complete your first purchase.
  • Keep a record of all your Pickwick Purchases for easy access to receipts, purchase history and returns/ exchanges.

How do I join?

Just head to our home page and click on the PICKWICK RAINBOW icon in the right bottom corner, click and select JOIN. Once you have entered your details you are ready to join the Pickwick Pals and start earning points.

How do I login?

Just head to our home page and click on the PICKWICK RAINBOW icon in the right bottom corner, click and select LOGIN. Once you are logged in click the PICKWICK ICON to see:

  • Your current points balanced
  • Redeem any vouchers
  • Learn how to earn more Pickwick Points

Please make sure you are logged in every time you shop online so your points are allocated for every purchase made. If you are shopping in store, please make sure the purchase is under your account at the register. Our friendly staff in store will help remind you.

How do I redeem my Pickwick Points?

Just head to our home page and click on the PICKWICK RAINBOW icon in the right bottom corner, click and select LOGIN. Once you are logged in click the PICKWICK ICON again to see your current points balance. If it is over 100 you will have a $10 voucher ready to spend.

To redeem online, make sure you have items in your cart are equal to or over the minimum spend amount of $50.Then select REDEEM POINTS then select REDEEM. This will copy the discount voucher to your shopping cart ready for checkout.

To redeem instore, your voucher will automatically pop up on our system once we have added your account at the register and the minimum $50 spend has been reached.

What are the terms and conditions?

Your Pickwick Points are valid for 90 days from the date that the points are issued. If no purchase is made within that 90 day period using any available vouchers, these points will expire. You voucher is able to be used on any item, instore or online with a minimum spend of $50.
